"Edit- Oops.Didn't see your post Sue when I was writing this.Sorry about that."
That's okay, Robert; you just made me check the time stamp to see if you had posted at the same time I did. If you had of, I would forgive you, and allow you to just move on with your life. Since you didn't, you have to go back, and reply to mine...LOL.
Sue - who is actually getting some sewing done...heh heh
OK Sue.I admit.... sewing is not my strongest point.LOL.
Then again,you didn't notice wizzard's post,did you?
Only teasing ya....a wee bit.
:)
OK since nothings here to reply to I'll answer anyway. I used to like making clothes and sewing, especially when the kids were little, but that old sewing machine stand is now a parking place for the TV in the spare bedroom so it's too much trouble to get to it!

The person below me is NOT hungry. I am not putting what's for supper tonight LOL. Oh yes I am.. BBQ'd pork on sandwich rolls with cole slaw on the side and maybe fries! Found if you take a good size pork shoulder butt wrapped in foil and baked for about 5-6 hours, at 325 degrees, it will just pull apart easily .. they call that 'pulled pork"
Now, have I made you hungry again?? LOL
False - you did it again,Copmom!
So true to your second statement.
Sounds yummy to me...
:)
Wizzard:I really don't know anything about that.

The person below me prefers home grown veggies(such as tomatoes,okra..)
Sorry, Robert, you don't get off that easily (Sue says, teasing Robert right back...:D); Wizzard posted after you did...lol.
Copmom, if I put my sewing machine up, my SIL would have my behind on a silver platter...lol. She's the one I do the majority of my sewing for. BTW, your dinner menu does sound yummy, but between the 'glorified' oatmeal I ate just a little while ago, and the fresh cantaloupe I'm eating now, I'd have to say I'm not hungry. That's alright though, coz you've got Robert there, ready to chow down on your BBQ...lol.
Robert, true to your query - I do prefer home grown vegetables, and am blessed to be able to have a garden full of them, this year. :D
------------------------------------------------------
The person below me has a bald head, and uses Nads to keep it that way...hehehehe
False - I still have plenty of it.So I don't use Nads.LOL
Though I have been told women prefer men with bald heads because...er...never mind.
_______________
The person below doesn't know what Violet meant when asking about the 80's hair metal songs.
True....now you've ruined my secret of not letting anyone know I'm not "with it" on that stuff. Woe is me.
Copmom....I LOVE pulled pork and did you know if you get even a cheap pork roast and throw it in the crock-pot with a bottle of Jack Daniel's Regular BBQ sauce it makes the BEST and EASIEST pulled pork ever? YUMMY!!!!
Today I'm having a COLT for lunch and the person below me has no idea what that is.
True...I guess I'm not with it either.
But since you're having it for lunch ,it most probably is something yummy...

The person below me would like to have 'my secret kitchen recipes' as a subtopic.
Then again the mods probably don't want this to happen.
False...I actually hate to cook and I loathe following recipes. Do you think I could get out of cooking if I put a TV on my stove and make it to hard to get at like Copmom did? Maybe I'll give that a try.
The person below me is Robert.
I could say true, but that would be being false.
True - that is if Sue didn't intercept me while writing this.
Hey,you're still keeping me in the dark about that COLT.LOL.

The person below doesn't know what okra tastes like.
I don't. :)
-Edit-
GM did.
Robert, although I most definitely was around back in the 80's, I didn't listen to that genre of music (because of the type of church I belonged to), back then, though I do sometimes, now, but I do know what Violet meant...(yes, at my 'advancing' age, I know what 80's hair metal songs are...lol). Oh and btw, I prefer hair to bald...lol.
BK, the only COLT I know of is a type of gun, and a brand of beer...Colt 45 malt liquor. I seriously doubt it's the first you had, so will guess the beer...(chuckle). Oh and I doubt very seriously if putting a TV on your stove will get you out of cooking...lol.
GMMan - most definitely false. There is no long document I could type out from memory. If it's not something already composed, where I can copy/paste it, then forget it...lol.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The person below me loves baked bean w/cabbage soup. Heck, if you ate mine, you would love it...(gib nirg). I make it with Bush's Deluxe Baked Beans, and everyone knows Bush's makes some delish baked beans! :D
Hey,you're still keeping me in the dark about that COLT.LOL.
Oh BTW I forgot a word....it was supposed to say a COLT Sandwich.....sorry about that Sue. So that pretty much tells you it's not beer.....or a gun, lol.
As for your T/F, Sue, I'd have to say false. I like beans enough to eat one spoonful, and I do like cabbage soup, but I don' care for the 2 together. However, everyone does love my baked beans. When I make them they're usually the first thing we run out of. Of course this makes for rather smelly get togethers. hee hee
Also, I'm with you 100%....I much prefer hair over bald, in fact I like men with long hair, I also like mustaches and beards (hubby has both).
Robert's T/F was missed so here's my answer...False, I do know what okra tastes like but I don't like the sliminess of it so I only eat it if it happens to be in a vege mix that is served when we eat out.
The person below me is listening to it rain.
Here's your hair metal, BK. http://new.music.yahoo.com/blogs/listoftheday/32122/the-25-best-hair-metal-bands/. Bon Jovi's muh man, and I really dig Cinderella's Gypsy Road, to name a couple.
I was considering COLT might be a sandwich, or something else edible and solid.
That soup I mentioned, which tastes far better than it sounds, was one of those 'necessity is the mother(hood) of inventions' kind of things.
Hair, give me a head with hair, but not long, flaxen, waxen hair...shoulder length and longer (the song Hair, btw). How long and what style hair on a man mostly depends on the man. If his hair is curly/wavy he can get away with longer hair, in my book, but most definitely not if it's fine and straight.
Robert, not only do I know what okra tastes like, I grow it in my garden, harvesting it almost daily, now. We mostly like it fried, but if I'm feeling too lazy to do that, I will cook it in with other vegetables for a type of medley. If you lived near enough to me, I would give you some to try. :)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
False - the only sound I hear is someone in the kitchen, very slowly cutting something on a cutting board, and another person occasionally clearing their throat, while playing a computer game...oh and the sound of my keyboard keys, as I am typing this...heh heh.
The person below me has eaten, and enjoys, Hebrew National hotdogs. I am eating some with the above mentioned Bush's baked beans, with finely shredded cheese melted in (thanks to the microwave when I heated it all up). Those hotdogs are the best, and the only brand we buy, anymore!
False....I have heard of that brand of hot dog and I've heard they're very good but I don't believe I've ever had one. I will make a point of trying them though. Not that I eat hot dogs very often...maybe twice a year.
I kinda figured that's the music being referred to. Definitely not my style. I can't stand Ozzy Osborne and out of the others there's only about 3 groups I've ever even heard of before. My style is the 50's & 60's range...and some early 70's. :)
Ok so gotta keep my end of the bargain. A COLT is simply Cheese, Onion, Lettuce and Tomato. The other option is to call it a CLOT....but that just sounds gross! lol
I agree again about the hair...don't like straight/stringy etc. I should send a pic of my nephew-in-law. He has black wavy/curly hair and used to keep it about shoulder length. He actually looks a bit like Tom Sellec (sp?)...only much younger and MUCH better....he's gorgeous!
The person below me has bare feet at the moment.
True...and pajamas...listening to a thunderstorm lol
True, I've been rushed to hospital as a child with a serious viral infection. My mother told me that I was near death at one point. All I remember of the incident was a whole bunch of nurses literally sitting on me when they had to take a lumbar puncture. Apparently they though I had meningitis.
I've been involved in a couple of serious motorcycle crashes, one of which occured on the motorway. As I was leaving the motorway, a car cut me up forcing me off the slipway onto the hard shoulder. I woke up in hospital with several broken bones (Clavical, wrist and four ribs). My helemt had been split in two. I discovered later that after coming off the bike (a 900cc Yamaha) it had landed on top of me.
I was lucky to come away from my last accident nearly five years ago; when a car hit me from behind at around 55mph. I lost conciousness momentarily. I was rushed to hospital and was discharged an hour later with nothing wrong with me despite being in a lot of pain and also unable to walk. To this day I cannot understand how they missed the fractured vertebrae two of which had almost been destroyed through the crushing impact with the road. It took nine months of deteriorating health for the medics to believe that something untowards was wrong with me; by which time it was too late to carry out corrective surgery. As a consequence, I've lost over 3 inches in heigh (due to the verterae being crushed - every thoracic verterae was damaged, four were fractured). Most people hit by a speeding car at that speed are killed instantaneously. I think my forward motion on my pedal bike saved me, plus my buttocks which were heavily muscled due to cycling 40 miles every day took a lot of the impact when I hit the road in a sitting position, rather than skidding along. That left me with a permanent numb butt and a back thats always in pain..

The person below me wanted to be an astronaut when they were a kid.
True! Don't wanna be one now but maybe if I'm rich I'll go up haha
False - don't have one.. (tee hee, that kinda could be taken another way, ahem!).
Oh, Chip, a belated Happy Birthday yesterday.. sorry I missed saying something about it!
Rabbit, I think I have a permanent numb butt from sitting here at the computer so much!
By the way, forgot something, on that pulled pork, when putting on a sandwich roll, we do put BBQ sauce on it!

The person below me is staying indoors since it's too hot outside today!
True, it's far too hot here in the UK at the moment; coupled with the fact that the drugs I take seem to have caused photosensitivity, any sun gives me a head ache, so I find going outside too much at the moment. hile we were on vacation it wasn't too bad the first week becasue of the cloud cover. the second week was clear for the most part and I suffered badly.

The person below me wears hats regularily (hats can include any head gear apart from sweat bands)
True...to an extent. When going outside to tend to the horses and chickens, or to do gardening, I wear my straw hat to protect my face and eyes from the sun.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The person below me is enjoying yet another round of Around the World in 80 Days, AND, using the cheats discussed about a year ago, on the thread that bears that name...:D. Oh, did I mention I am doing precisely that (level 58, now), while intermittently chatting with you all, and working on my latest sewing project?
No, I don't play that game.
Oh and I'm not bad my run in with the cops yesterday was getting kicked out of a park after hours because I like taking late-night bike rides lol.
@COPMOM Thanks for the belated happy birthday but no worries because your a month early lol. I turn 19 on JULY 24th.
@aRenegade I play with mine almost eveyday.....but it's more of a keyboard lol.
False ... I'm playing "Airport Mania" while waiting for the movers to finally arrive with my boxes!
====================================================================================================
The person below me is not actually moving at all but is enjoying tea
False and false...I have to at least move my hands/fingers over the keyboard and I just finished my breakfast of chocolate multi-grain cheerios, a banana and milk.
Sue....you have horses???? I am so envious! Can I come out and play?
The person below me never learned to ride a two wheeler.
False since I moved where donut shops have not followed
==============================================================================================
The person below me loves looking at the ocean from the window
True, except that since we moved here to the mountains I can't do that anymore! Now I look out the window and watch my next door neighbors.. cows!
_______________________________________________________________
The person below me loves watching sunsets
BK, we own 6 horses, 2 of which are ponies. We may wind up owning a 7th one, which we are currently boarding for someone. Yes, you may come and play with one. Most of them are friendly, and will let you pet them, and possibly ride, as well. Just let me know when you're coming, and we will get you all set up for a nice little ride...:).
BTW, by 2-wheeler, I am presuming you mean a bike/motorcycle? For some reason I can't get the hang of a bike, but I have ridden a motorcycle. My whole family used to ride. Some folks used to call us the 3 ninjas (our older son wasn't riding with us, although he could ride, as well). When we would prepare to turn into a parking lot, they would see 3 bikes making the turns, one after the other...lol. We have since sold all 3 bikes, for different reasons
Paul and copmom, I think sunsets are beautiful, but usually don't think about watching them as I am usually busy around that time, either inside sewing, or taking care of animals/gardening. I enjoy watching the ocean, though I never get to because I live too far away from it.
False, I prefer to watch the sunrise.
