"Wanted (wanted)...dead or alive" - Yup, I'm a Bon Jovi fan, and now I've got that tune running through my mind...(chuckle). Oh, and btw, I used to ride a 'steel horse', myself. Now, my son is encouraging me to let him teach me how to ride the 4-legged horses we have...:D.

Copmom, I don't like those heights-related things, either, and won't ride them on the rare excursions to the fair.

False, btw - I'll be spending at least 5 hours of this day sleeping, the night owl that I am...(chuckle). This evening, I *might* get in a little flower/vegetable gardening, but that's about it. Nothing new or exciting there, although it is somewhat fun if I'm in the mood to do some serious work out in those gardens...lol.

Okay, I don't know if I've already used this one, but I will pretend not, and post it in honor of my vegetable garden yields:

True and Maybe - I love okra (cooked any style) - but I've never eaten fried green tomatoes - though it sounds like it may be delicious.

False.. I don't like those time management or build a city type games. By the way, I've never tried fried green tomatoes either! But I do love red tomatoes fried with my scrambled eggs.

Inas, I did that a few months ago, but not within the last couple of days. When my SIL got her new wireless desktop, yours truly (the computer guru for our family) set it all up, wireless connection, and all.

The person below me is going to bed in a few minutes, just like *I* am...lol. Gee, can you tell I'm out of ideas? heh heh heh

False - it's too early for me to go to bed...though I feel like it cause I got up very early this morning....by the way, RosnSC, it's wonderful that you help your family members set up their PCs - good for you.

False - never thought about counting steps, etc. Isn't that like OCD? Counting things>

False - I am never bored, as there is too much that life has to offer, and I am always able to find something to do with my time (either by myself or with my family) - I suppose I'm blessed in this way...thank God.

By the way, Copmom, your question is a good one - counting things in and of itself is not OCD - otherwise, there would be no need for anybody to do anything math-related - that said, counting steps (or any other similar behavior) would be OCD only if a person repeats the behavior over and over and over again, and does not have the ability to stop doing so (and that's where the obsessive part comes into play) - it's all in one's willpower and self-control capabilities....wow, that's quite a mouthful :) LOL!

True....though sometimes, when I'm down, a really stink at it. But I generally try to find the good in everything/everyone.

BTW about the counting steps.....I do that lots of times....but not always and even when I start I can stop so I guess I don't have OCD....WHEW! I'm glad cause I don't need any more junk....lol

I know when I was about 4, I would climb around in my mom's prize japanese maple (much to her dismay.. But, in my defense, I HAVE to say that it was JUST the right size..lol)

Yes and No - the heat wave is due to my fever, the temperature outside is under 20°C - wouldn't call that a heat wave.

False, I've been married twice, the first time with a shotgun and the second by choice. :) Met her at university while on a 10 day marine bilogy field course (Sept 1989). We've been inseperable ever since.

TRue, though not very often now. I no longer have a HiFi System; and now play all my music via the PC or a cheap MP3 player with speakers. I have hundreds of Vinyl discs stacked up in the loft waiting for me to purchase a USB record deck.

True, if I could ever fit in them again! Got rid of the ones that are too tight and need to buy a larger size! Personally now I prefer sweats in the winter, and shorts w/T shirts in the summer. Rabbit, does that mean that soon you'll have a stacked deck?

Yes we do, though I no longer plant them due to my disabilities. I have to employ a gardener. I still choose the tulops I want. The gardner leaves the tulips in situ rather than taking them out for the winter so some don't survive. (We only employ him for an hour pr week so he just doesn't have the time. It costs us $30 an hour. I love Tulips as well. Pity they don't last like orchids do.

I bought my wife a gorgeous two stalked orchid for Valentines this year and one of the stalks has still got the flowers in full bloom. The second stalk has just started to drop the flowers. I purchased the plant two weeks before Valentines and hid it in the downstairs shower which is only used by me. That's an amazing four and a half months the flowers have survived. Another of my older orchids has just reflowered and the flowers are twice the size I've ever seen them before. Everyone who sees them comments about their size. I'll have to take a phot and post it. Maybe start a new thread specifically for posting images of our garden plants. :)flowers. I'm sure someone used to post images of flowers regularily (Was it Greylox)

Well....I did buy something once and I've thought of selling things (collectibles I'd like to get rid of) but the way you worded it I think you mean on a regular basis so I'll have to say false.

WR......Goodgotd used to puts lots of flower pics in a couple of threads one of which was the "What is it game" thread. Your flowers sound beautiful....I'd love to see them. Hope you can post pics sometime.

True, I've always hated writing short letters/emails to friends. This has however been counter productive over the years evidenced by the many unfinished letters I've still got that I never posted becasue I felt I'd not put enough in, and it stops me Emailing friends on a regular basis.

I've done the same with a good Giveaway friend, whome I used to converse via long Emails. Becasue I'm stuck indoors most of the time and all I can talk about is games I've sort of stopped writong becasue I can rarely thing of what to write. :(

True - I do spend too much time on my computer, playing games, chatting a little on a couple of forums/MB's. If I didn't spend as much time on it as I do I'd get more sewing done...lol. Speaking of which...
