   copmom - I posted the link to The Scruffs so that you could play the online version to search for the 20 dog bones. I did not bother to download the full version because I figured it was time limited. This game is supposed to be very popular. If I had the money, it's one I'd likely buy.

   Rune - Believe it or not I was just getting ready to Google that very same painting! But I can't find that bright turquoise color or even orange in it.

   The blue part,is the left shoulder of a millitary uniform with,I think it's called an epulet,(don't know proper spelling)it has fringe hanging on it,the item on the left,in the blue,is a patch with stars.
   The only thing that reminds me of that would be a picture of the old kids tv program,Garfield Goose since it rimes with the hint loose.LoL!!

    The host of the show was Frazier Thomas,he wore the royal uniform for Garfield Goose and Friends.Boy we could start a new topic on old tv shows for kids.
    Or maybe it's just the meds?

    maizeydaze-Do you remember a show called Bozo Circus,Frazier T. was the original ringmaster,Ned Lock took over when Frazier passed away.How about a TV show called Family Classics,it aired on sunday afternoon,and showed only family style movies,no "R" rated or violent themes.These all were on TV station WGN.

    The way I see the pic. is the person wearing the uniform is facing us,and those sliver things are fringe hanging down over his left shoulder.Or I'm just nut's,and the men in the white coats will be here shortly to take me away to the HA HA Hotel and book me in to a padded room, Nooo!!Neee!!Nooo!Neee!Nooo....!!!!!!

    scubaguy - We didn't get WGN in my area until about 1978. There was no cable, only stations aired from Pittsburgh, Johnstown and Altoona, PA were available, and were a bit fuzzy at 130 miles away. Have you ever heard of Bill Cardille? He was better known as Chilly Billie Cardille the host of Chiller Theatre. We also had Miss Patti as the star in Romper Room. I met her at the Riverside grocery store that was across the street from my house. She gave me a kiss on the cheek, a hug and an autographed picture. I was so thrilled to have been touched by someone so famous! Today, she'd probably be arrested for that type of contact with children. Times sure have changed, and not all for the better.

    I just got back from visiting 150 homes to find Funky's painting. I found nothing that even remotely resembled the colors in the closeup! Now what?

    Oh...funky - Do you think that maybe you could use your camera to take a macro of that new one so that is isn't so blurred? Then just use your original for the full picture. That doesn't look like anything but maybe your thumb or finger over the lens.

    Drugs...yes and lots of them for the past 2 weeks. No flu. Had a bout of migraines. I would get rid of them and about 3 hrs later, they would be back with a vengence. Taking Maxalt TPD- Rizatriptan wafers 10 mg http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rizatriptan I think it is the cold affecting the arthritis that is riddled through my spine, neck and shoulders. Not to mention my fingers don't want to work either but I go see a specialist in April about them.

    maizey- i'll try. the original photo right now is one my daughter took of an image with her toddler camera.

    i know it's not a great picture, so i'll give some extra hints right away.
    -it is an image.
    -what looks like my finger is actually something red.
    -it is something that any child would recognize easily, but i think most adults would know it too.

    delenn - That's terrible. I worked with a girl who would get migraines. She would put her head into her crossed arms to shield the light, sobbing and screaming with pain. Then an ambulance would come to take her to the hospital for a shot. I feel so bad for you. :(

    Funky - Another thing you might try is to use google or yahoo image search to search for an image you'd like, but do an advanced search for large images only. Save it to your pc and do your crop & enlarge.

    Here are examples using the Rolling Stones tongue which I found with Google image search:
