push post past page
--that worked--to be honest, neither had I until I bought a big box of yarn at the drain yard sale for 50 cents and found that one buried inside. then I couldn't resist.
that's the other fun part. finding really off-the-beaten path items to post.
remember graylox's ribbon splitter?
Posted 16 years ago # -
Sure do! Now we all just need a 'hair' splitter, as in splitting hairs? I'm sure I've got a lot of off beat items around here that I'm so used to seeing or using, I don't think of them as being off-beat! Gotta upload a huge bug we saw in the yard yesterday.. it was big! Had to take some pictures, of course. And it was dragging another large bug .. maybe looking to bury it? Naturally I couldn't resist, and moved it a bit with my foot so it dropped what it was dragging, and dang if that thing didn't start flying after me buzzing really loud! Moral of this? Don't walk barefoot in the yard! Never know what's crawling around.

A funnel?
Posted 16 years ago # -
nope to both, here's farther down. the near end is a handle with storage and the far end has a catcher housing. what it is has been used as a guess for something else in this thread.
picattic seems to be down this morning, so here's the original clue on fuzzyimagehosting.com

Pepper or salt grinder?
Posted 16 years ago # -
no, but the kitchen's the place for it, and it's in the right area- seasonings and flavorings, not primary ingredients like meat and potatos.
I haven't started on grinders and choppers yet. maybe later.
darn, thought it was made elsewhere and I could add a clue that way. but alas, made in china for a california distributor. why the package is in english and french is a puzzler to me.
Posted 16 years ago # -
That's all to keep you guessing goody! As for your clue.. "made elsewhere".. bet it's something YOU made in your own kitchen! Maybe from your leftover Rx bottles?? LOL
I'm in a GREAT mood! Was finally successful in ghosting my HD. Tried ALL the different programs the past 2 days and none would work until I downloaded a 15 day trial of Acronis True Image!! Ta daaaaaa!Posted 16 years ago # -
bonus- glad to hear something went right!
nope- this is a commercially available item, still in the box. it was one of your guesses on something else, in fact. It seems a bit different than most I've seen, I admit.
oooh. I gotta stop by a bakery- there's a widget I've seen in use that'd drive you nuts!
