Strange problem: Inpaint has disappeared!

Good to see, that there is no real threat, only one more annoyance with overzealous AV programmes.
Thank you Robert, that you worked it up for us.

Just one more advice, when you have two versions of a software installed, it is always a great risk, to uninstall one of them; very often, the installation of the other version will be damaged. Just delete the unwanted version in the folder. In any case it's better, to uninstall the older version before installing the new one.

I should have known not to uninstall the previous version. I had 2 previous versions so I started out uninstalling the 1st version that was in a different folder. I am not sure why I uninstalled the next version, maybe because it was in the same folder as the current version. Anyway, live and learn I guess. ;)

Yes Robert, I restored version 2.4 which is the latest one I'm aware of anyway.
