   TRUE! I've always called them 'dust bunnies', and you do know how fast bunnies multiply!

   The person below me is checking dates on boxes & cans in the kitchen. Amazing how fast things get out of date! Was going to make corn bread the other night.. it had itsy bitsy crawly things in it! ADIOS! Said expired 2008!

   True, I found some items in the baking cupboard that I'm embarrased to say how out of date they were. (Some coco from 2006, but there were a few other items a lot older, which i threw away) Mites and other bugs can easily set up colonies in such things as flour and other powderd goods. They are almost invisible so any such products should be checked over with a magnifying glass if they are close to their use by date. :) (I di an entomology module as part of my first degree.

   True, and back to baked goods.. gal at grocery store said she takes things like flour, corn meal, (staples not used often), puts in zip lock back and stores in the freezer! No mites that way!

   TRUE! We actually have had to turn it on for a few minutes for the past two mornings!

   and true about Christmas...we just buy for my two friends and their families, and my mom, so are almost done!

   The person below me has teeny headache(think it is because I had coffee yesterday, but not today; I had avoided coffee for so long and now am having it once in a while.. yikes it tasted good! Now having tea, hope it goes soon!)

   Nope, no headache. Alianthia, why don't you switch to decaf? I did. So still have my coffee in the AM but not the caffeine. Then later in the day I drink decaf. iced tea.

   The person below me DID turn on the heater.. mines running right now, but it was 72 degrees earlier today.. so nice out!

    partly true - I turn on the heater at night only (cause it's cold)- but not in the daytime, cause it's still fairly mild and sunny during daylight hours.

    The person below (like me) went shopping today (for anything) and was smart enough to use coupons - I simply love using coupons and saving money - love it, love it, love it :)

    False, don't get coupons anymore since we stopped taking the paper! Used to get them and use them. Oh, we turn the heat off at night, heck, we're snuggled under the covers anyway. Just turn on early am to cut the chill, and evenings if needed. Supposed to be mid 70's today, so no heat!

    The person below me didn't go out shopping but still spent money online!

    hiya copmom! i drink decaf normally but wanted a treat once in a while..
    I drink normal caffeinated tea in the afternoon.
    NOT totally sure if the headache was from the one day withdrawal or not; probably not, when thinking abut it!
    Coffee goes through many debates; it is sometimes said to be bad, but LATELY they say that one cup a day will help ward off diabetes..(odd!)

    The person below me did some sort of exercise this morning and now feels great..
    (just got back from tai chi, myself!)

    False....not actual exercise....but ran some errands then scrubbed some of the lawn furniture and now I am beat.

    As for the coffee thing....my grandmother and mother both had their coffee (not decaf) every single morning and they both got dibetes. I never drink coffee and I now have it too...sooooooo.....there ya go....lol

    The person below me is looking forward to attending church tomorrow.

    Hmmm must be a genetic thing then in their cases!
    no sorry, FALSE.
    I am not Christian, so don't go to church(or actually any interior place of worship, as obviously not just Christians worship indoors..)
    I AM a spiritual person though; favouring more Buddhist or indeed Taoist teachings...

    The person below me is happy that the heat has not had to come back on for many day. Nice and mild here...

    hmm, I have to say False.
    My next high school reunion is in a few years i think..
    The last one was a blast though.
    Surprising to see how the women looked so much the same, but the MEN were all balding and with tummies..lol(but THOUGHT they looked the same..!)

    The person below ME has been dealing with banks or other frustrating institutions...
    (and is GLAD that it is the weekend)

    False, going to daughters to bring her a birthday cake.. her's is today and her hubby's is tomorrow. IF I can catch them between taking the grands to soccer, football, and whatever other sports the grands are in today!
