Don't have one near here.. but you can do people watching by just going to the mall and sitting there watching everyone
The person below me has some serious computer fixing to do today. Got a machine for my daughter, they copied her documents, etc. over to it, but it's Vista and not XP so they couldn't clone her old machine! So now I'm going to format the HD and install XP. I really wish they'd asked me first before taking it upon themselves to give us what we did not want! Grrrrrr.

I sure do - how did you know, CopMom? LOL! I have to re-install my Lexmark printer driver, as it did not install properly (via DVD-ROM) from the get-go - I received a driver download link from Lexmark support - so I hope this works well - and then I'll be able to report on my printer-usage findings to BK - as promised.

Partially true....I fear heights but as long as there's a strong rail I will go up, but I may not go to the edge. Although.....oddly enough....my favorite ride at the fair/carnival is the "Round-up". If you don't know what that is, it's a huge circle where everyone is standing with their back to the outside (there's a "wall" behind you), the ride spins faster and faster. On some the floor drops out, but not on most, but then the whole thing tips upward till it's almost vertical (like a ferris wheel). All that holds you in place is gravity. I love it! Go figure.

Not exactly, I am sick of trying to get one quickly (annual checkup), at this rate, I will win the lottery BEFORE I can see my doctor!
The person below me has heard the ducks quacking overhead several times by now and seen them going in many directions (like the French would say, "Ils ont perdus le nord" which means that "they have lost their north bearing sense" and cannot seem to find the warmer south direction).

False, friend coming up later to help me get rid of Vista! Need to make the CD be the 1st (boot disk), for the XP CD to work setup. Say.. I thought it was geese, not ducks? Then I'll use Acronis to clone dtrs. old computer so she doesn't lose anything like Outlook Express settings. Vista doesn't have Outlook Express.. I do NOT like Vista! Computer store guy said I can't use the original XP CD because of the code.. heck I bought them! So, yes I can!

TRUE! This is why I am not good in purchasing cars or appliances...
I simply cannot negotiate well.
I would rather walk away when they start their sales spiel!

very true - it was raining in the morning (bleh) - but now it's sunny again :) By the way, I also don't know how to wiggle my ears - but wouldn't that be wonderful - whenever someone says something I don't like or agree with, I can simply wiggle my ears to show them how I feel. LOL!

I sometimes wiggle my ears when I am bored and if someone notices it can be quite funny..lol!
True my Grannie had hip replacements(as the result of a fall, breaking a hip)...and it MIGHT be that I will too, one day(hopefully never) but I have arthritis in both hips so it can be tough sometimes...

False....um....that's all.
Speaking of knee replacement surgery.... I am seeing a surgeon on Friday to discuss having my knees done. My knee doctor has recommended him highly, he not only does nothing but these surgeries but he also teaches other doctors how to do them. My doc says they will do BOTH knees at the same time....I was NOT expecting that.

PC's can really fill up if we download everything we see! That's why whenever I complete a hidden object game I delete it using Revo Uninstaller.

The person below me is going through burn out on computers! Got everything needed on daughters computer.. off of her old one except ONE thing! Her emails! Found 2 programs: 123 Outlook and ABF Outlook. Everything went fine backing up all the email files etc., until I got to restore. Can't restore without paying even with their 30 day trial! Hate that!

TRUE, I DID wake too early!
We go for a walk every morning and this morning my husband woke me earlier(because it is a beautiful day and he wanted to get out in it!)
YES it sure is darker each morning now though and we too, have had to have the heat on for a few minutes today...

partly true - I filled up the car with gas this past Saturday - and the pump nozzle worked smoothly from the very first go - even though it gets stuck sometimes - hallelujah!
