So you feel some developers try to hide the keys? And you want to get around this? Perhaps the keys are hidden because the developers want them hidden?
These forums are not for discussing how to extract registration keys or remove/bypass the limitations of the giveaway software. The best legit way to get some keys that you can hold in your hand is to register the software.
Alternatively you could contact the programmers of the "giveaway" and ask them to send you instructions on extracting registration keys for their software.
