I still think that one should avoid free in the title. After all, this is a giveaway site, free makes it sound like a scam. too much repetition on the theme. Be *subtle*
Like I said, a pleasant surprise rather than ho-hum.

I'm home, sorta. Littered my backtrail with dismay, anything not important (and a couple that were important, mostly by accident- and seems most of those fit into the 'cheaper to buy new that try to get back', or still might get back anyway categories) was ejected as soon as I had to and brought back more than I left with, some of which might just bootstrap me into achieving goals I long thought lost.
Anybody care to guess the selling price and rarity of Burroughs B-7971 (or 8-) 16-segment nixie display tubes and Ultronics to the same specs? the display segment area is someplace near 3 inches tall- including the 17th segment up arrow. 2.5" for the upper alphanumeric 16 segments, 170v neon, tube 4.85" tall including pins, 2" diameter. many still wrapped in protective newspaper that have so far shown dates from 1970 to 1975... I imagine on the order of $100 each wouldn't be out of range- so... since I brought back a couple dozen....
