The following is a series of excellent physics based game that you'll find hard to put down. They are ideal for those odd minutes when you need a break from the more mundane work that you may use your computer for or just to take a break from that 'in yer face' shooter (eg Call of duty Modern Warfare II or Battlefield: Bad Company II.

Ragdoll Cannon v1, v1.5 & v2
Version 1:
'Ragdoll Cannon' game is a fascinating logical puzzle involving realistic physics and shooting ragdolls with a cannon. You have to aim, fire a cannon and hit the target with an ungovernable ragdoll and after that you will pass on another level. The way the rag round is shot with different barriers form a fascinating and funny puzzle that can be resolved by a more precise shot and sometimes imagination. The less ragdolls you use, the better your result is. Just like in a golf game. Apart from controlling your aiming you can also control the strength of a shot. It sets up by moving away the aiming devise from the cannon. Shoot and resolve the puzzles.

This sequel has better graphics than the previous two versions
Your goal in this sequel to Ragdoll Cannon and Ragdoll Cannon 1.5 is to use ragdolls as cannonballs, fire your way through seventy levels. Use YOUR MOUSE to aim and click LEFT MOUSE BUTTON to fire ragdolls at the target to proceed to the next level. Try to clear all seventy levels in the least amount of shots to set a top score. Good luck!
