Looks like there is no game giveaway so here is another game by NAL. Ne Touchez Pas 3 is an avoid the walls type game. There are 50 levels that can be played with 4 different characters. All the levels are unlocked at the start so you can skip levels if you get stuck.
The four characters are the bird, the jetpod, the rocket, and the spaceman. The bird is the hardest character to control, it moves too fast and you have to constantly tap UP to flap your wings. The jetpod is a slower and easier version of the bird. The rocket automatically moves towards your mouse cursor making some levels easy if you have good reactions. Also, spinners don't spin with the rocket so some levels are much easier. The last character is the spaceman who is the super easy character. With the spaceman there is no gravity but also no friction.
It's a great game, I highly recommend it.
Ne Touchez Pas 3 is a huge update to the first two NTPs. Basically, as well as being a sequel to NTP1/2, it's also a sequel to two of my older games, NAL's Jet Pod and Rockit. In the game, you can choose one of four ways to play - the Bird, the Jet Pod, Rockit, and a spaceman.Each character provides their own unique control mechanism. A common complaint of the first two NTPs was that people found controlling the bird difficult. That's not a problem now - as well as the bird having the classic controls, there's a Jet Pod (similar to the bird but doesn't require flapping and is slower), Rockit (from my old game of the same name), which follows the mouse, and a spaceman that just uses WASD/D-Pad to move up/down/left/right but has no friction.
This means that, for anyone that loves a really hard game, they can have fun with this, but for the first time in NTP, someone looking for a laid-back game can also play it.
There are 50 levels, most of which return from the first two games. I have thoroughly tested the game and modified item for certain characters to ensure that every level is possible with every character.
Another good update is that, instead of the old system where you go through the game straight or input a password to jump to a level, there's now a clear level grid for each character. Once you complete a level, its button will light. There is also a clear "levels completed" display, and an overall percentage of the game complete is shown (200 levels to complete technically).
The game supports TwilightPhantasm log-in, for a total of four awards - 25% Complete, 50% Complete, 75% Complete and 100% Complete. When you hit the required percentage, if you want to claim awards, login to TP (or register first). If you don't, push Skip, but be aware that that will block off awards for the remainder of your save file.
Features such as the colouriser return to NTP3, and this time, there's a clear menu system for things like it (in a tab format), as opposed to NTP1/2's "Push this number to do this".
There are four music tracks which, rarely for my games, can be turned off on the menu.
