A question from a foreigner:
How do the USAmericans write today's date?
(I think only Europeans can laugh about that)
As a German home-user you could buy all German Paragon programmes for € 11.11 at 11.11.11 - 11:11 AM for exactly 11 minutes.
2 months ago I bought the English HardDiskManager 2011 Suite for € 24.45 and thought that was a good bargain....

I don't understand why all prices are higher in Germany.
It's a German enterprise and the conditions for this offer, are far worse for us than for their international costumers.
Normally I get both newsletters from Paragon, the International and the German, but not now.
As far as I remember the international conditions were always better.
One more reason that I bought the English version.

Yeah, I though it was unfair. There are some massive savings if you want to purchase the Hard Disk Manager suite that usually costs nearly $50 (over 75% saving) or the Back Up and Recovery 11 that usually costs nearly $40.

The Hard Disk Manger Suite is worth the money in any case
More than IMHO. Think it's a bit odd they're selling the Mgr., which includes better versions of the same apps they're offering individually, for the same price.
OT(?), wanted to mention to hold onto your GOTD versions of Paragon Backup rather than uninstalling before adding the Manager. The manager's new, more fail safe features make backups take much longer, so I've been using v. 10 of their backup [GOTD] to perform backups, the Mgr. v. 11 to restore.

Why do Americans write the date the wrong way round?
if you think about it it is more logical to have the day/month/year but Americans write it month/day/year. is there a reason why they write it differently from every other culture in the world? it creates a lot of confusing times (I say)

Thousands of couples across China have opted to get married on what is being called "Super Singles Day".
"Singles Day" or "Bachelors Day"
Well I'm American and I find it strange written any way other than MM/DD/YYYY.
Spoken, would you (anyone) say January 3rd? Or the third of January? May twenty-eighth or the twenty-eighth of May? Something else entirely?
Might that be why the written version is how it is?
