The comments are moderated when the opportunity arrives. As one of the moderators, I am a volunteer and I check the comments when I can - but there is no regular schedule comments will get put through.
As is mentioned on the front page - Please comment only on the software here. If you have technical problems or suggestions on our project, please leave us a note in our forums.
So if your comment is actually a question, that requires a response - you are better off posting in the forums - where your question (and any responses) can appear immediately.
Posting the same question 3, 5 or 10 times (even under different names) will NOT make it appear any faster. In fact the system may flag you as a spammer and delete all of the comments including future comments you post.
And to answer your question - "Like many of the GAOTD programs, this is just a newer version of a previously offered program. Is there anything in version 8 that was NOT in version 7?"
