The free giveaway of above software is available on the lst April at http://www.giveawayoftheday.com/audials-one-8/ but the download link is extremely difficult to donwload. This may due to numerous participants attended in this giveaway event or there may be technical problem with your download link. I have tried numerous times for couple of hours and never succeed once.
I hope you may be kind enough to offer one additional license of the above software to me which you advise to feedback or give suggestion in Forum here.

MemberWhat I intend to emphasize is whenever there is download problem with the GOTD software on the blog site, it would be much appreciated to extend the time limit for the download if it is the fact.

If there is a global problem then the giveaways do tend to be extended, but if it's just isolated cases then it's not possible. The giveaway team pay the vendor a specific amount of money for a 24 hour free for all window. When everyone is affected it seems reasonable for the giveaway to be extended by the number of hours the problem persists for. The giveaway team cannot do this if most community members don't have problems. this is usually evidenced by the number of downloads the giveaway has prompted. I know for a fact that the game giveaways tend to be around the 10 thousand mark and that the main giveaway site is significantly larger. When I last saw the differences there was a 10 to 1 difference in downloads between the applications and games sites. We are talking a lot of money in lost revenue if the giveaways were extended.
When you've had problems downloading software have you ever tried rebooting your modem and/or router? That can often cure the problem for me (I regularily get problems downloading software from the giveaway sites butr have always managed to fix the problem using the latter or the next fix); if that doesn't work you can try clearing out your temporary internet folder. The cookie for the giveaway page may become corrupted and will stop you being able to download and/or activate your freebies; it's just a matter of deleting the cookie from the internet folder.
Sorry to hear you missed the giveaway because of this problem. Hopefully it will be repeated in the not too distant future. :)
