I was looking forward to this one -- I love Paragon, having used it shareware many times, but I don't have my own copy.
I assume the archive I downloaded isn't corrupt, because if it were then thousands of people would have complained, but clearly your method of packaging the app in your own key validation routine has made it fatally unstable in some way, so that it breaks on certain machines.
I unzipped and ran your archive, which checked on-line for a key and extracted (without error) the Setup.exe, then running this Setup also checks on-line for a key before extracting PM11_Pers_full_ea_x32.msi and auto-running Firefox to point me to Paragon's registration page. (Totally pointless intermediary stage whose only result is to leave me now with three 110MB files on my filesystem instead of two.) The serial# emailed by Paragon was accepted by the MSI, but right at the end of the extremely lengthy extraction process, it crashed with "Error 1335, Data1.cab corrupt." I tried to Retry, and Ignore just says "Error 2350, FDI Server error."
So I aborted, deleted all files, rebooted, downloaded again in case there was a download corruption (clearly not the case because the Zip file interrogates file as does the self-extractor inside) and this time the completely unnecessary Setup.exe told me "The key cannot be decrypted" and aborted. I ran it again, and it worked, but failed again in exactly the same way as the first time.
How do I install it? Can I used the Ser# from Paragon to install a clean "unbotched" copy downloaded direct from their website?
