Under that sort of thinking, everyone who's sent around a link to a copyrighted YouTube video is a criminal.
But if you read the document following - the arrested man was running a website where he streamed pay-per-view content (illegally) while collecting over $90,000 from advertisers.
He also registered the website under an alias to supposedly make it harder for the authorities to locate him (didn't work obviously).
So their "tag" that this crime is the same as "sending a you-tube link to a friend" is completely false.
