   I bought a couple things off them and two of those times when reinstalling the game it gave me invalid activation code. I had to send them e-mails saying that the activation they gave me didn't work on reinstalling the game for Jane's Hotel and Youda Farmer 2. They sent me one for Youda Farmer 2 when the activation didn't work and I e-mailed them now I sent them one for Jane's Hotel and haven't heard anything. Luckily I backed up those e-mails or I would have a problem.

   So you get anything from anyone online be sure to back up. Btw I only used those activation codes that don't work once.

   Online activation, isn't it. It can be a pain. Have you checked your firewall and run as admin? I stick with the non-online-activation companies, like Alawar. (Not only do they have non-online activation, it's actually also quite easy to get it unwrapped.)

   Alawar has activation. I know from buying games off them. They might have a different way to do it. It is not my firewall or antivirus. Right now I am using Antivir Free, because of this computer (it is dying) and the Windows firewall. I had a problem once where I couldn't access the internet because of this failing computer with Norton installed.

   I really am having second thoughts of buying anything else off Youda Games. They sent me a code for Jane's Hotel, but that one didn't work either. I never have any trouble unlocking anything, but from YoudaGames and I have a lot of games. I might just wait till Bigfish or Gamehouse get in Youda Survivor 2.

   And another game I got from them. The Fiona Finch game no longer accepts the code either. I will never buy anything off Youda Games again.

   The only requirement they have on their site for registering (apart from a valid code) is Internet Explorer 7.0 (or later).

   Much like GOTD - if users have removed or disabled or set IE to "Work Offline" - activation will fail.

   Have you checked your IE install is OK?

   (It's a pity they don't have anything like a user support forum - just a single contact form that sends a message off into the ether, in the hope a reply might arrive one day).

   Ie works fine, it is not that. The registration codes they sent me worked once with the games and not again. Even there http://www.youdagames.com/Jane%27s-Pack-pack-info-23 Jane pack I bought off them is bringing up 3 entirely different games. Luckily I backed that up too. The only code I am not having any problems with yet.

   I think they are ignoring my e-mails. Those were the only games I will ever buy off them. There Youda Survivor 2 game I will get off gamehouse or Bigfish.

   Yes, they finally got back to me with new keys saying the old ones wouldn't work. Well guess what happens now? The game won't activate. It takes me to some page saying there is a problem with the website or they are updating the site. I will never get a game off them again.

    Finally fixed all my problems and I got Youda Survivor 2 off them (bought and paid for). I am having no problems now and look forward to getting more games off them. I just wish their support was a little quicker. We will see when I get the new computer how things go installing the games on the computer.
