I signed, but they have a limited number and they will send them until they run out. Of course it is in a first time basis. I doubt that by now they have any left, but there is nothing to lose by trying right?

They also indicate on their site that they only ship products to the UK, Canada and the United States. It's likely that they will not ship a free USB drive (and a product catalog) to addresses outside of these three countries.
Still, you are guaranteed to miss out on the freebie - if you don't sign up. I'll take my chances.

I ordered one of these about 3 months ago for free (not sure if it was from this website) still not received it.
Edit/ Not same website.
I wanted those baby wipes, only USA.
