Personally I'm not that sure lots of people spend time trying to crack passwords -- rather than cracking just one password they'll spend their time getting thousands or millions from the sites that store them, or else like the last batch of stolen & posted passwords to hit the news, they'll infect [in this case a million + ?] systems, installing key loggers.

That said, this site posted by Microsoft Research will allegedly tell you just how easy your password is to guess.

I tried it with 1 made-up-as-I-went, which included part of the web site name, along with a partial actual password, and another password someone I know used to use. It failed on even what should have been obvious: it surely wouldn't crack any of mine, and wouldn't stand a chance in h3!! with my youngest son's. He makes some GOOD passwords; one for each web site he uses.

This site seems incredibly pointless to me. After several tries of pretty mundane password choices, it didn't flag any of them.
