   I downloaded and installed Wondershare DVD Slideshow Builder Standard to my Vista 32bit desktop computer, but when I click on the icon to open it, I get the following message:

   Failed to locate "My Document". The directory is invalid.

   If it is looking for my "Documents" folder, it has been moved to my D: drive, but it looks like it should still find it. I tried creating a "My Document" folder, but that didn't work either.

   I have downloaded and installed it twice with the same results each time.

   Would appreciate any suggestions.

   Maybe a long shot...but here goes anyway:
   Right click on "Documents" in the startmenu (or in the Computer window,explorer..) -choose properties - location and see if Windows knows about the changed location of your 'Documents' folder.
   (It should point to your D:\ drive).

   (By default Wondershare DVD Slideshowbuilder needs to create a "projects" folder where you told Windows to put the 'Documents' folder).

   I got the program installed and registered apparently OK, however, it will not run. When I try to start the program, I get the error message "Access violation at address 11AF9062 in module ‘ProjectDoc.Read”, Read of address 00000000." The error message can be closed, but the same one immediately pops up again making it impossible to run the program. I tried uninstalling and installing a second time with the same results. Any help?

   Address 0000000 is most likely an error on a pointer ( Null pointer )
