Wi-Fi Radiation Is Killing Trees, New Study Finds.
A lot of the research that supports such theories is usually hidden by the multinationals who stand to lose billions if we were to take such findings seriously.
I was asked to carry out research on the effects of acid rain on tree's many years ago, but had to decline because the sponsors were British Nuclear Fuels, they had given my mentor specific guidelines under which the final report was to be written. I'd already been in a situation where my superiors at the Plant Breeding Institute in Cambridge (where the Maris Piper potato was developed {named after the road that connects the research station with the main trunk road to Cambridge}) had told me to ignore any results that would negate the findings that they were looking for. They had been looking at the effects of particular pesticides and fungicides on populations of the cabbage white larvae which used to invade cruciferous crops and in particular oil seed rape, which at the time was a major cash crop. They were looking for the most effective chemicals that could control the pests. Funding was of course supported by the chemical industry.
I've always mistrusted much research where big money is involved ever since; much like the on-going battle to prove that the use of mobile phones is actually slowly damaging your brains (very insidious). That research is very hard to find due to the multimillion dollar mobile phone industry's efforts to hide such research from the public under a mountain of contradictory research. Money always wins when health effects are not obvious. It's only when such issues become life threatening in a big way that more support is given to such issues. Just look at smoking for example. They used to believe that smoking 10 a day was good for you. It was said to clear your lungs (via the smokers cough) and was a good product for weight loss etc etc. I'm sure you get the picture.
