I've contacted the owners to see if we can get specific IP addresses banned. not just one or two but a whole section of IP's that this (or these) spammer/s are using to invade this site.
It's been rather annoying having to spend a lot of time deleting posts, , blocking accounts or deleting them out right. Thankfully it's been relatively easy to spot a spam post as all the names seem to follow a pattern as does all the accounts emails, and the name of the threads are obvious. Still, it seems to be getting worse not better so i'm hoping the owners can help us with this problem. i'm not sure whether it's a bot thats creating the accounts or a human culprit.
If it is human and they do happen to read this, we will not allow your posts to spoil what is a great forum. your posts will be deleted as soon as one of our moderators or admins sees the post.
