SUCCESS AT LAST!...
Well, to be fair, I can only call 'em as I see 'em.
It is a ridiculous form of registration. That caused the problem to begin with, for so many. I think we may also be dealing with a customer support consisting of one person, who also has to sleep, and who has been inundated with questions and complaints.
I had to get some catch-up sleep after sending my last mail to Midnightstar Support.
I then went out for 5 hours. Just arrived home at 3:00AM and an e-mail with the registration code was sitting here waiting for me. I installed the program, entered the code, and the full version is now up and running. At first glance it looks good.
So I guess the message to all is, ....persist. Midnightstar Support have eventually replied to my 3 mails. I can only say that although the process has been very slow, they did hold up their end of the deal.
So for those who truly want to setup this program, contact support@goCRMsoftware.com again and explain your situation and the problem you have had registering the software.
Just remember that support is based in the UK, so if you mail them at 2:00AM London time, be patient waiting for a reply (the guy will be sleeping).
In summary:

> GOTD Admin - Once again the registration process has caused problems for many,..your own moderators included on this occasion. You could make their lives, and ours, much easier by bartering a better system of activation/registration with some of your clients/developers.
