   I'm referring to the 'Start Menu 7 Pro' prgm. I've never had a problem with anything from here so this is throwing me a bit. I just hope someone is still reading so I can get some help, I'd really like to use this.
   It downloaded fine, I read the 'readme' simple and clear, clicked on 'setup' the activating window opened where it said it was connecting to GAOTD, checking availability and there it stops for a few seconds at which point another window opens. It has Giveaway of the Day across the top, next line has a red circle and white X, then it says: Failed to connect, Please try again later. and the button for OK.
   I've never had a problem like this, I'm having no connectivity problems with any browsers, prgms, sites, nothing. I've tried to activate this prgm atleast 12 times, minimum, and I've no idea what's wrong. I hope someone is still reading these and might have an idea, I've seen reviews about this prgm somewhere else and thought it would be great to have so when I saw this here I was excited. Now I'm kind of bummed so any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

   Katbee, hi and welcome to the forums.
   I just now tested the installation again and had no problems.
   My advice: clean your caches and temp folders and delete the GOTD cookies, then try it again.

   If that doesn't work try rebooting your modem and/or router.

   if I get that it the firewall, Failed to connect firewall doing it job.
