I posted this in the GAME DEALS - The definitive list, then thought it deserved its own thread, which I've placed in the sticky section of the games forums for easy access. You can almost guarantee that there's going to be several bundles live at any one time, most of which are at the beginning of this list. You'll find individual threads posted for most of the bundles as they come live, but it's still a useful exercise to check whenever you visit the site just in case we have missed posting details of a bundle. some of those lower in the list are quite obscure, so could easily be missed.
