Program won't install says unknown format or damaged.
Can this be uploaded again or a link that works sent to me?

It seems, that you have some troubles at your side. Redownload the zip file after cleaning your download cache and the history of your browser and download-manager.
Then unpack the .zip file to your desktop or a folder with e.g. 7-Zip.
