As always be careful... just because the researchers who found the vulnerability haven't released the info to anyone but MS, that's Not to say no black hats have this info. That's Not to say they aren't already using it.
Please remember that in order for the security software companies to find, study, & update their software to prevent malware, some systems 1st have to get infected -- until the infection's brought to their attention, they don't know it exists, what files or behaviors to block etc.
