No offense, hotdoge3, but this post makes you look like a con artist trying to sell us an illegal thing stored in one of the pockets of your long trenchcoat like in several satirical political cartoons.
Well, Rapidshare and the other web-hosts (I don't know all of them) are not bad in principle.
They are service companies. That the warez industry uses them is another story.
That some of the hosts pay for using their service - could be a bit fishy. However, not every shared programme or file is pirated.
Think of it as of a safe-deposit box at your bank. You put your grandfather's golden clock into it; in the box under yours some bad guy hides the loot of his robberies. Would you therefore call the bank criminal?
(Well okay, my confidence in bankers is somewhat fractured....)

My opinion about the whole thing? The AlertPay https://www.alertpay.com/en/Default.aspx#1 is like PayPal. The rest sounds to me like a good way to waste time, get a few cents for all that wasted time, and someone else getting rich off of your time wasted. You watch ads, and get paid a few cents for doing so. If you (and your referrals) watch enough ads, you will (if you're lucky) get maybe $60.00 in one year's time. Heck, if I want to watch ads I can get that with the gaming sites that let you play their games (for free), in exchange for watching their ads. For that matter I can play the game without having to watch the ad; use that ad time to do something else, like get a drink, or snack.

Personally, I wouldn't fool with it - *any* of it.
