I was a little reticent about posting online only games when I first started this project. I thought I’d just concentrate on the single player games, but since starting the project I’ve rediscovered the pleasures of playing online with other people. It’s great when you find the right online friends to play with because then you can usually create servers specific to friends only. This avoids some of the pitfalls of playing online (gamers who cheat, or who are vastly superior at the game play). I’ve got several really good online games lined up to post over the next several weeks. There are a growing number of online games available, most are free to play, though some do have an element where you can upgrade your characters equipment at a small cost, but are not necessary to play the game. I will be avoiding most of these unless I think they warrant a mention in the project. :)

Face of Mankind is a massively multiplayer online game (MMOG) within a persistent world. Thousands of players throughout the world can compete in this realistic and futuristic world of the 24th century. Although roleplaying takes a large part, Face of Mankind is not like usual RPG´s. Decide to be a part of a clan and find your way beyond the law! Or join one of the companies as a trader, miner or producer to control the complex economic system behind this astonishing world!
