    BTW, Echoes of the Past: Castle of Shadows, was a nice mix of HOG, reverse HOG and pretty good puzzles. It also had a decent story and graphics for this sort of game. It wasn't perfect as there was some backtracking between locations with new areas opening up that weren't there on the prior visit. A couple of times I had to run around (not too many locations) looking for what was new. Still, I would recommend this to anyone that likes this sort of game and hasn't played it.

    Reverse HOG is where they give you the objects and then you have to place them in the proper location in the scene based on an association between the object and the location. For example, putting a cork in an open bottle. There have been a few games come out lately with this twist and it provides a nice variation on the standard HOG. In this case, the objects to be placed were objects you had previously found in other parts of the game. It added to the variety of activities along with a good mix of various puzzles to go with the standard hidden object scenes.
