   I downloaded Nexus Ultimate when it was the giveaway of the day. After using it for about 2 weeks, it said I had to register the software. It had already been registered! I had to uninstall it because that message kept coming up. I want it back in working condition, how do I get it free again? Please!!

   There's no way to get it back free unless it's given away again, though you could try my suggestion below. You have to check to make sure the programs you install from the giveaway project have been registered properly. Usually (but not always) you can do this by going o help and selecting about.

   You could try contacting the developer and explaining where you got your copy and ask if it would be possible to get a replacement. some developers can be really cool about such things.

   I've got several free softwares after writing to developers for various reasons.

   I got a notice there is an upgrade for Nexus Ultimate. I am afraid to click on the upgrade since I got it from GAOTD. (Thanks) ... Are we entitled to the upgrade I don't want to blow my program out of the water by trying to get the upgrade.

   HELP? What do I do?

   Please note that the software you download and install during the Giveaway period comes with the following important limitations: 1) No free technical support; 2) No free upgrades to future versions; 3) Strictly personal usage.

   I think you have read this.
   You'll find the same in the FAQ

   Only a few developers gave us free updates. You could ask the developer.
