   I d/l this program with high hopes. within a week I noticed no speed improvements and the scans (as many as 20 per day) always found 50+ things to delete. Then something bad happened and I decided to write and ask the authors about this. Here's the email:

   Needless to say, I don't have a debugger installed.
   Not only did I not get a response, my email was apparently considered spam and was rejected. Can anyone help me get in touch with them?

   All giveaways come with the following conditions:

   Please note that the software you download and install
   during the Giveaway period comes with the following important limitations:
   1) No free technical support
   2) No free upgrades to future versions
   3) Strictly non-commercial usage

   The developer has no obligation to contact you. He will have given away literally tens of thousands of these over the giveaway, and I'm certain many users will have written with various problems, but to reply to so many who got the program free would take a lot of effort.

   Some developers, especially the smaller ones do reply and ofter will give technical support, even though they aren't obliged to (some even give away free keys if asked nicely).

   I'd try again. Make sure you are pleasant and ask nicely, also say you really like the program, but there seems to be a problem, (you could even say you were considering buying the program when its upgraded, but aren't sure now because of the problem you quoted); then, you may get a response (not that I'm implying you already didn't ask nicely).

   Thanks for replying. I'm willing to give them the benefit of doubt, but I don't think they even GOT my email. Even though they have an email address for it, I'm questioning if they have a support dept. My email went directly to spam and came back as "undeliverable". I was wondering if anyone has a way of contacting them.

   Try Googling the developer to see if he has alternate emails, or whether you can post in the developers forums
