I have tried to install 6-7 programs in the last couple weeks, without success. The downloads complete; Zip files extract properly; Installation can be started and completes normally; But when beginning the "Activate" step, I keep getting the "Failed to Connect" message. Any programs, such as today's "HD Inspector," which require Activation to get properly "Registered," DO NOT, and continue in "Trial" mode.
I had never had problems with GAOTD programs in the past year+, until a couple weeks ago.
What can be the problem, and what can I do about it?
