I'll list some "things" about Registry Repair Pro:
1. It doesn't seem to be from a very reputable company, so it's best to not install it.
2. If you're bent on installing it, just watch out for it trying to use the Internet. The installer pings some sort of an ad organization when it starts (you'll receive a separate notice from your firewall about AMPing.exe). Block it.
3. The installer puts some affiliate icons on your desktop. And they're not very related to the program either.
4. The program doesn't need Internet to activate, as opposed to what is described in readme.txt. I blocked its request when registering it so that I can see that it fails, but it just happily said registration successful. I even tried to remove its activation registry entries to have it become unregistered, but it stubbornly stays registered no matter what I do (time to stick it in Altiris SVS on another computer to see if I can fully get rid of it on this computer). If you just have to allow it access to the Internet, use a fake name/email address. AFAIK those aren't even used by the program (it uses instead what you entered in the setup).
Those are my observations. Make what you like out of them.
