   about the unlock code. I am confused if that unlock will unlock the game an unlimited number of times or not. Sometimes you can only unlock it five times from some game suppliers. Thank you.

   Considering it uses Internet activation, I'd suppose it would unlock only a few times before it becomes disabled.

   But they all use internet activation. For example I can unlock a game I purchased on bigfishgames and gamehouse an unlimited number of times. Hopefully alawar's games are like this.

   If you find a game blocked due to exceeding an unknown number of activations simply contact the seller's support desk. The support desk will, in most cases unlock the game for you. I have never run into trouble with any games and have had to reinstall than 5 times. Most game suppliers are more than happy to help.

   In some cases, though, a few games are no longer available and due to a bad backup plan on my part, I have lost the game because it is no longer available to download.

   If anyone is wondering what game I got off Alawar. I got this http://www.alawar.com/game/farm-frenzy-3-madagascar/

   Bigfish or gamehouse doesn't have it yet. I have all the Farm Frenzy's. I am playing Farm Frenzy 3: Russian Roulette now. I finished Ice Age and American Pie already. They were really good games. Farm Frenzy had the ice cream, santa, and christmas trees. American Pie had robots.

   The unlock codes I get from Alawar are placed in the registry and don't have to be used again. From what I understand from them, that code proves you paid for the game. I don't know if they have a limit to the number of times you use it. I can see why they might over a limited time. It's not fair and is a violation of copyright if you buy it and then "give" the unlock code to your friends for them to use as well.

   Having it available in case your computer fails and you want it on your next computer is a different story and my experiences with Alawar has been for them to be very accommodating in this type of situation.

   I don't give the code to anyone, but if you do a full factory restore on your computer. You will need it again. I do a lot of them on the computer. That is why I was asking.

   I think Bigfish use to limit you to five unlocks, but they stopped that. I saved it. I am very good with that sort of thing. I save everything.

   Michelle, as long as you still have the code and don't have to ask for it again, it should continue to work, even after a factory restore (aka Destructive Restore). That's why I have one worksheet of my "Software" excel spreadsheet a list of products and the registration code.

    How to purchase the game?

    It is possible to order the game from our site or upgrade from a demo version of the game. For the majority of our games, the registration key is sent by e-mail as soon as you complete your order. Usually, it is located at the very bottom of the message, so please read the entire e-mail attentively. Enter the key according to the instructions included in the email into the registration window of the demo version, and it will be upgraded to a full version. Please save your registration key (or the e-mail containing it) in a safe location. If you decide to reinstall the game, you will be able to use it again.

    Guess that answers my question though it doesn't say how many times you will be able to use it again.

    The code you get with Alawar games unlocks the game an unlimited number of times. Once you've purchased the code the game can be installed to an unlimited number of computers and no internet connection is needed.

    I can assure you that the codes can be used without lmitation. I've had cause to reinstall some of the Alawar games that I've not given away many times, due to regular formats and upgrades. There is no internet access required to register the games. It was for this reason that I stopped buying games from Reflexive and then started to purchase all my games from Alawar. The only problem with Alawar is they don't have a large collection of games on their main site; however they also own another site called Gametaxy which has all the games they remove (well most of them) from their premium site. When you install an Alawar game you'll get a shortcut to both Alawar and Gametaxy installed onto your desktop.
