What is your problem with it?

Why should you get sued by complaining about programs? Have you seen the comment sections? If merely complaining justifies suits then half the comment authors are in trouble every day.
No one can help you with the problem if you don't post it.

OK I purchased a game from this company and they sent the activation code but it didn't work! Then about 6 emails later without anything from Support worthwhile and abrupt 1 liners I demanded a refund of my au$25. They ignored first demand and kept trying to get the bloody program working
Another demand from me and eventually they said they would refund! But they actually debited another $25...I emailed my horror and they said they HAD refunded and referred me to the Accounts Office for objections. Accounts emailed they had record of a refund so I sent a copy of my bank statement showing a DEBIT
They emailed they would now credit me but to wait 2 to 7 days. Waiting...still waiting after 9 days and my recent email has been apparently ignored.
My question is Who do I appeal to now?Posted 17 years ago # -
Have a read of the following (which applies since you are in Australia)
http://www.bankers.asn.au/sc/reverse_credit.htmlThere are procedures in place to protect consumers involved with disputes such as credit card purchases over the internet. You should read the above document and follow the advice it gives as soon as possible.
Good Luck.

Thanks for that advise. Still waiting but just got another email from them that they are processing..how long does it take to credit a credit card?. I'll be patient for a while but it would have been nice to have got an apology at least.
