   If you're keen to play Batman: Arkham Origins, you only need wait until Friday for it to launch. If you're impatient, though, and want to see it now now now, publisher Warner Bros. this morning released a seventeen-minute commentated gameplay trailer, showing Bats tackling the police in his typical Batfashion.

   Gameplay director Michael McIntyre and senior producer Ben Mattes are on hand to explain what Batman is up to and why as he prances around Gotham, drops by the Batcave, plays with some wonderful toys, and punches a whole lot of men.

   Thanks Googoo, got an email. Always get the GMG deals via email. Pre-ordered early this morning together with some other games (skyscraper simulation) :)

   Watched the video. Looks like an enjoyable game. I love open world games. Some of the mechanics remind me of Just Cause 2 and Prototype 2, except you can glide for much longer distances in Batman.

   So you've watched Monday's 17-minute gameplay Battrailer and signed up for extra Batskins and you still need more Batthings to tide you over until Batman: Arkham Origins arrives on Friday? Look, here, fine, come watch the launch trailer, then go settle down with Batcocoa and a Batbook.

   As one would expect from a launch trailer, it's all snippets of story and oodles of cinematics and men saying that bad things will happen. Look, you got 17 minutes of gameplay on Monday, isn't that enough? It feels like we've seen every custscene in the game, split across ten dozen trailers.

   Arkham Origins hits PC, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Wii U on Friday, accompanied by Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate for Nintendo 3DS and Vita.
