I successfully downloaded and activated RIP and RIP Strikes Back. They are now gone. I had trouble with the third in the series and downloaded and uninstalled it, but that should not interfere with the other two. However they are no longer on my computer. Does anybody know what could have happened?

KeeKee, what an interesting puzzle. Looking at the descriptions and screenshots of those three games it appears they were three of the same series. My guess is all three had many of the same file names and the uninstaller was programmed to search for and uninstall from the drive all files of those names, instead of sticking to the directory of only the 3rd.
All the files could not be exactly the same as each in the series appears somewhat different, again from descriptions/screenshots on the developer's page as linked from GAOTD. But perhaps the all three had the same file names for basic files with any additional files merely added to the second and third.
So if all these conditions were present:
a.) The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in the series all had exactly the same basic file names even though they must have installed to different directories.
b.) Additional files were added to the 2nd and 3rd in the series IN ADDITION TO but not as replacements for the basic files which were the same in all three.
c.) You used the uninstaller that came with the 3rd in the series, the very version that had all the basic file names plus all the additionals.
d.) The uninstaller was indeed programmed to search and destroy all files of particular names ...... then the result must be that it would indeed uninstall the 1st, 2nd AND 3rd even though you only wanted to uninstall the 3rd. KeeKee, I can't think of any other possible way this situation could have happened. You didn't do anything wrong, you're right that uninstalling the 3rd should not have interferred with the others. But it sounds like all four of the above conditions did exist.
Sorry you were disappointed by losing all three. Bet that developer's paying customers would be furious if they bought the first two, tried and similarly didn't like the third, and ended up having their paid-for 1st and 2nd editions also uninstalled.
