   It's like .NET- if you have anything roomier/more powerful than a netbook, might as well install it- and then keep it on a *real* short leash with NoScript unless you Absolutely, Positively *need* to see the first seconds of a flash video so FlashGot can parse it's location and pass it to a download manager.

   then kill it again. <shrug> so it's garbage. .NET isn't?

   Back to the original post, Apple probably see no place for Flash on the iPhone and similar, because many Flash apps and games are FREE!

   Apple blame Adobe, but I am equally sure the 'fault' is directly with Apple.

   However similar phones and products not made by Apple DO have Flash capability, so Apple are shooting themselves right in the foot over this one!
