I played the 1st level in the full-screen mode under Windows 7 and the game runs smoothly. However, if your PC gets stuck in full-screen mode, this could render the system unresponsive (until the computer is reset).

Controls:
Left/Right cursor keys: Move.
Down cursor key: Stomp / Crouch / Slide.
Z: Jump. Hold for variable height.
X: Aerial / Roll & Tumble / Confirm menu selection.
Ctrl + Y: Change Controls.
Alt + Enter: Toggle between windowed display and full-screen.
T: Toggle window size between actual-size and double-size.
