GimPad 1.1 for Windows
Summed up from the developer's description:
"GimPhoto 1.4.3 together with the GimPad 1.1 front-end offer a modified version of GIMP that has a re-designed interface and a supplement of new plugins".
I've installed the package today on Windows 7 and was impressed with the lay-out of the workspace. Gone is the awkwardness of the early GIMP releases! The program is being tested by users, so there might be some bugs still.
