   I want to Clone my present SATA Hard Drive and replace it with a larger HD... My problem is I only have one Sata plug in port. Is their any way I can accomplish this without buying another port? Please help, open to any and all suggestions.

   Would you happen to have an external hard drive case? If so, you can put the new one in there and then clone the HD. Incidentally, for cloning, I've found Acronis True Image to work best.

   Hi copmom...I have Acronis True Image...I have an external hard drive = not a case alone????? and I can't just clone (with Acronis) to that external hard drive cause it will erase everything else on their right? Feeling half dumb at the moment :(

   you could make a partition on that ext hard drive using free space and then clone your internal hd to that. there is free parion software.
   Windows Disk Management is one others are:
