   What is the difference between this and Game Booster? Can you have them both running at the same time?

   Game booster was designed specifically for running games wheras Fresh RAM is a more global programThe main difference is that Game Booster is always free wheras Fresh RAM is only free today. (19th Dec 10) :) Also Game booster was designed specifically for running games, wheras Fresh RAM is a more global application.

   I see no reason why you can't run both applications together. The only way to find out is to try them both. I've got a game that definitely needs Game booster to run before it will play and even then when the action gets frantic the game starts to slow down so i'll try both of them together to see if there is any difference. Will let you know later today whether it helped. :)
