PlayFirst is giving out a code to get any game for $2.99 from either site. They say you have to already be a member but some people said they joined today and still got the coupon code.

You know what I am going to say, lol. Yes, I got one. Actually two because I have two playfirst accounts. I never got anything free from Playfirst and $2.99 isn't that great of a deal considering I just got a free funticket from gamehouse.
It is just to get you as a customer. When gamehouse went on twitter they gave us three free games.
I hope gamehouse isn't going to have problems getting Playfirst games, but even if they do life goes on and there are plenty more games out there.

Too funny, I am a member of Playfirst but TOTALLY forgot...
So I got sent a coupon to use(I see that it is good until April!)
I was looking at Wandering Willow... looks kind of fun..Michelle, if you are a member of Playfirst, that means you can get anygame from Bigfish now!

I have a Playfirst freebie account. I am not subscribed to playpass nor have I ever been. I signed up for that site a while back to see what I could get for free on it.

I got 2, because I have two accounts. They are both free. I forget I was signed up and I signed up for another account by accident. But $2.99 might not seem like a lot, but to me it is something.

I have to say I am really angry with BFg right now. Their new Games Manager has so many problems I couldn't download a purchased game today so I sent them an e-mail and just received a response that because of the holidays (which were over two weeks ago) there is a 5-7 business day wait for a response. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE.

Yes, it is Terri. Doesn't Bigfishgames have a chat? I know that if you are in the club I think you could use it. I think you have to be in the club to use it, which kind of sucks. Real has a chat and you can use it with gamehouse too. I already have and they are really helpful.

The holidays were over 2 weeks ago but in the US, Monday is a holiday again - Martin Luther King Day. I've had many a time received notices of possible long delays in responses and then found the response much faster.
Just before Christmas I reported a possible False Positive to Avira and just got the response this week. They say they report in about 1 business day so this is the OTHER extreme.

Yes Michelle they have a Live Chat if you are a member. I had cancelled my membership several days ago before they charged my card. I was going to buy a game to rejoin so I could use Live Chat but guess what? I couldn't buy a game because of the Games Manager and couldn't contact them. Talk about costing themselves money.
Anyway I solved the problem by uninstalling the Games Manager and redownloading it. It took me half a day to install one game. I think customers shouldn't have to go to so much trouble to buy or download an already purchased game. I don't know if it's because of the merger but they need to get their act together.

You know what I would say. Join gamehouse and get rid of bigfishgames, but gamehouse doesn't have a $2.99 a game everyday and I think that is why most people use bigfishgames instead of someone else. Also I heard bigfishgames support wasn't too bad and in my experience when I inquired about something about a year ago or so it wasn't, but I like gamehouse's support too and everytime I asked for a free game except once they gave it to me and the one time that they didn't was on an authorization charge (I thought I was overcharged and wasn't).
I just purchased Fishdom the other day that way.

I think with BFG like other companies some Customer Service people are better than others. They said this is an unusual circumstance because of the holidays and illnesses but I think they are turning off a lot of people (except the diehard "they can do no wrong" members) with the long delays in responding to complaints or questions. The main reason I was so upset and the point that seems to be escaping them is that I ALREADY BOUGHT THE GAME and they are telling me I just have to wait until they are ready to tell me how to be able to play it. The problem is obviously stemming from their new Games Manager and a lot of people are having problems with it so that is another reason the wait is so long. In other words - they created this mess. They should have waited until it was thoroughly tested before they started using it.

I just went to BFG and there was a Private Message for me from the developer. He had seen my post and responded. That goes a long way toward resolving my frustration.
