   Cannot set up Win PDF. After it contacts giveaway site, message states: Failed to connect. Please try again later. Since there is a deadline for this giveaway, not sure how to proceed. Please check and let me know if this is a glitch in your setup software.... Thanks for a quick reply!

   Not sure if it would make a difference which browser is open, but IE is operable even though I prefer Chrome. I downloaded file from vendor site, used code from zip file, and it works without using GOTD version. I still don't know what the error stems from since I have used IE recently without a problem. I will check firewall setting if I have the problem again, but this is the first time I have had this error, so not sure what recent changes might be interfering. I have kept FAQ for future reference. Thanks.
