   Every time I close Game Booster it tells me there is an update available but when I click on it, it takes me to the site and then I can't figure out how to download it. As I recall I had a hard time figuring out how to do the original download. Can anyone help me out (yet again)?

   Just click download (and allow the download - if Firefox asks).
   As I don't trust IOBIT, I didn't check the download.

   When I click "download", it goes to the MajorGeeks site but I don't see where to download from that point. I don't know why, but I'm just not seeing it.

   In the middle of the screen it says downloads and then you click one of the mirrors. MajorGeeks can be a confusing site to a new user. I remember the first time I used MG, I had similar problems Terri.

   Softpedia was great. Thanks to you both. The problem with MajorGeeks is that they had so many ads for other programs I was afraid to click "download" and get the wrong one.

   Thanks for the info about the update. I don't use the booster much unless a game starts to give me any lag problems which is rare; it's usually games like Crysis when I'm fighting off hoards of enemy soldiers and using rocket launchers to destroy things with, but it's always a useful piece of kit to have around just in case. I used to have to use programs such as Game booster before I updated my computers regularily. I used to used a freeware program specifically made by the fligh sim community to run Microsofts FSX, can't remember the name of it now.

   I'd better go get the update. :)

    Now that I've installed the update, I'm getting Zone Alarm warnings that it is trying to access the Internet and the Trusted Zone. I never got those warnings before.
