The game worked fine till I activated it. The "Back" and "Continue" buttons won't work now when I try to play the first level. Any suggestions?
Thanks

Same problem here. I am play in endless mode but not in Adventure mode. Uninstalled and reinstalled twice. Running Vista Premium. Any ideas would be appreciated.
I don't think its an OS issue then since we are running two different ones. :(
Perhaps reversing how we activate the game? Maybe running it in demo mode first then activating it?
Will try it and then post back here with results.
It didnt work and apparently we are not the ONLY ones having this same issue. You can see what I mean by checking out the comments on the download page:
I downloaded it to solve an issue another person posted.
I ran it in demo mode, worked o.k apart from telling me it's an hour demo.
Closed it ran activation, activated it opened it and demo is gone it's now full and working fine.
Tropical Puzzle v1.09, I am running it on screen resolution, 1024 x 768
I believe the problem with getting Tropical Puzzle to work is whether or not your computer has the 32MB Video and/or the correct DirectX as required. I believe this is the problem as I can activate and play Tropical Puzzle on my computer with the above requirements, but cannot activate, play or open game on my computer without those requirements.
I also went to the developers website and downloaded Tropical Puzzle, and it worked on one computer not both as described above. Most definitely not a GOTD problem!
I was having trouble playing in fullscreen mode. The program would disappear and I had to close it with task manager. Finally got it to stay up long enough to get to options. Now that it's in window mode it runs fine. Don't think the integrated graphics in my laptop could handle it! Kat

If the game works in endless mode, and in adventure mode you can click on the individual levels that appear to be open and the screenshot at the top of the screen changes - only the buttons won't work, then its not a DirectX or video card problem.
I have a 32MB video card and I am running the most recent DirectX. (already checked that). Its something else.
No worries, I just deleted the game. Shame too. Looked like it would have been fun.
