For those that use it there's an unofficial update of Universal Extractor posted on Neowin [ http://www.neowin.net/news/universal-extractor-16167e-unofficial ]... Couldn't find out much about it, but it scans clean in McAfee & Security Essentials.
Universal Extractor is an app that takes setup.exe files of all sorts & unpacks the contents in a folder.
