Microsoft has released an update for Windows 8 and Windows Server 2012 to address an issue with the Explorer.exe process
Assume that you use one of the following input methods on a Windows 8-based or Windows Server 2012-based computer that has update 2770917 installed:
Korean
Chinese Traditional
Chinese Simplified
While the desktop is open, you tap or click the Settings charm, and then you tap or click the desktop. In this situation, the Explorer.exe process may crash.
