   I have repeatedly downloaded and installed today's game; however, I keep getting the following message: Access Violation at address (Number) in module atiumdag.dll
   Then a similar message pops up using a different number.
   Any ideas what the problem could be & how to fix it?
   Thanks for any help.
   The game looks like a good one.

   Do a look up like this # atiumdag.dll

   put the # that you get & atiumdag.dll in to google & see what you get

   I did what you suggested and read a lot of instructions of various things to try. Last night I uninstalled, downloaded again, and reinstalled and was able to play the game. When I click on the icon to start, I found that I just have to wait a few minutes before anything happens but then it worked O.K.
   This was my first time posting so thank you for your response and your suggestion.

   I get an access violation in one of Bigfish's new games. I can't even play the game because of it.

   I'd contact Big Fish. They are really good at giving refunds (though usually as a ticket to exchange for another game)

   I didn't buy that game. I tried the trial first. They are not good at giving refunds in my case. They say they can't refund a game for me anymore unless it is a techinical problem. The game doesn't work right or something. They said that but I had one of those before and I had to say I would cancel gameclub for them to refund because they weren't going to. Gamehouse is much better to deal with.
